CGE-Core uses multiple benchmark families rather than relying on a single example model.

Benchmark	What it checks
Hosoe / GAMS	Equation correspondence and numerical regression
IFPRI Standard CGE	Independent implementation, calibration and policy scenarios
CAMCGE	Replication of a published CGE equilibrium and experiments

These benchmarks test different things. Agreement with one model does not by itself establish agreement with another specification.
